Bio: Holli has been with Regional Land Title for 2 and ½ years. Before that, she retired from the Daviess County Clerk’s Office with over 27 years’ experience. In her current role as a final policy administrator, her focus is to verify that all title requirements have been met and the property is clear. She also assists in the closing department, including title preparation and title clearance. She is married to Darin, has 2 children and 3 wonderful grandkids. She enjoys spending time with her family and boating in her spare time.

2007 -T. Tommy was raised in Hopkins County, Kentucky. He is a 1996 graduate of Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky and a 1999 graduate of the Washington College of Law at American University in Washington, D.C. After a stint in private practice in Washington D.C. and suburban Maryland, he spent four (4) years as an attorney and underwriting manager for First American Title Insurance Company in Owensboro, Kentucky before merging his practice with William L. Wilson and Mark R. Hutchinson in 2007. In addition to his legal practice, he has helped start and grow Regional Land Title Company offices in Evansville, Bloomfield, and Jasper, Indiana in addition to the Owensboro office.
2008 – T. Tommy’s legal practice is committed to Asset Planning, Accrual, and Protection from beginning to end with an emphasis on real estate, corporate, and estate planning needs:
Real Estate – residential and commercial real estate closings; title searches; prep title opinions/commitments; issue title insurance as approved agent for Fidelity National Title Services and First American Title Insurance Company; legal drafting of deeds, mortgages, and other documents pertaining to real estate; represent lenders, homebuilders, and realtors in drafting and review of legal documents; eviction proceedings and foreclosures; 1031 exchange intermediary and consulting; draft, review, negotiate, and finalize complex agreements and contracts regarding real estate development; and litigate adversarial matters pertaining to real estate issues.
Estate Planning and Probate – Provide estate planning advice, sometimes in consort with financial planning professionals and tax advisors; preparation of Wills, powers of attorney, living wills, trusts (simple and complex), and other forms of wealth management; represent executors, representatives, heirs or estates in probate proceedings
Corporate – Advise and consult with clients regarding proper business structure; create legal business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, general partnerships, and other forms of for-profit and non-profit entities; draft and finalize operating agreements, corporate by-laws, and other organizational structural documents; prepare annual minutes and directives; keep corporate records and update when required; advise, draft, and negotiate complex corporate agreements including buy-sale agreements, mergers, asset purchase agreements; non-competition and non-disparagement agreements; revise, advise, and draft company policy manuals and insure compliance with federal and state law, when applicable.
Tommy is active in the Owensboro-Daviess County community. He currently serves on the boards of the Homebuilders Association of Owensboro and Cliff Hagan Boys and Girls Club. He has previously served as Vice-President Legal for the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of the Daviess County Bar Association, and on the board of Aid the Homeless, Inc. He is a Rotarian and an active member of First Baptist Church where he currently serves as a deacon and on the finance committee. He and his wife, Charla, are parents to two (2) children, Lane and Leah. In his spare time he enjoys all things UK basketball and football related, watching his children play sports, and reading. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Bio: Tabitha has been an Escrow Officer for 14 years, all of those with Regional Land Title. Before that, she worked in the closing department at US Bank, working with the loan officers in Kentucky and Tennessee, for a total of 20 years in the industry. She currently has several roles within the company. Part of her time is spent focused on the finalization of both residential and commercial property closings, both financed and cash. She also handles several escrow accounts and works closely with our title insurance underwriters. Tabitha enjoys spending her time with her daughter, their dog, family, and friends.

Before that, she worked for Progressive Land Title for 4 years and First American Title Insurance Company for 4 years and has a total of 20 years in the industry. Her current role focuses on handling the process for residential and commercial closings. She is always willing to help all of our customers achieve their goal of making it to the closing table for either purchasing their new home or selling their current home.

Bio: Mallory is originally from Louisville, Ky. She moved to Owensboro to play Women’s Volleyball at Kentucky Wesleyan College, and graduated in 2019 as an Oak and Ivy Inductee with a double major in Mathematics and Business Administration. After 4 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist for National Brands, she joined our team as a Marketing/ Account Executive in 2022. Mallory is an active member in the Owensboro Community. She is on the board for the Chamber of Young Professionals and involved with Junior League and Owensboro Christian Church.
In her free time, she is an instructor at Pure Barre, enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her mini bernedoodle, Stella.
