I just wanted to shoot you an email to brag on Greene County Regional Title. They, as you know, have always done an awesome job for us but they never turn down an opportunity to go above and beyond when needed.

I recently contacted them about a file that we are looking to close on Monday. The sellers are elderly and not in great health. One of them recently fell making getting to the closing a bit of a challenge for them. When scheduling the closing I asked if it would be possible to go to the sellers at their home to get their portion signed, and as always they said they would make sure to accommodate them and go to them.

I mean WOW talk about excellent customer service and doing what it takes to get the job done. I always know that when we choose Green County Regional that my customers, realtors, and sellers will be taken care of. I look forward to using them more in 2023!
